Five Tennessee cops fired for having sex on duty. The officers from the Tennessee town La Vergne were fired for allegedly having sex on duty with a female cop, who was also fired and accused of taking off her top at what the local mayor called a ‘Girls Gone Wild’ hot tub party.
A wild party, a threesome with another officer’s wife, and oral sex in the police department gym were all reported to the city mayor who escalated the claims with the department.
It adds Shields told city officials Hall performed oral sex on him while they were on duty inside the police department gym before returning to their desks to finish the workday.
The report also uncovered a “Girls Gone Wild”-type party involving multiple officers and their families in a hot tub on La Vergne police Sergeant Eric Staats’ houseboat.
The report says Hall’s top came off and officers were drinking heavily.
“Durham, Staats, Magliocco and Hall were in the hot tub together. Durham reported that Magliocco was pouring vodka down the throat of Hall and Durham made him stop because of how intoxicated she already was,” the report said.
“Durham confirmed that Hall’s top came off and Staats helped put it back on because ‘he was trying to protect her’.”
Hall, Lugo‐Perez, Powell, Shields and Sergeant Henry Ty McGowan were fired.
